Return & Exchange Information
Return Policy
At Fox Hollow Company, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’ll make it right.

How to Start a Return

All returns must be pre-approved. Email our support team at foxhollowcompany@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to request your return authorization (RA) number.
Condition of Returned Items

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.

All original tags and packaging must still be attached.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service—Fox Hollow isn’t responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (less any return shipping fees).
