Flat-Rate Shipping
We keep it simple—every order ships for a flat fee of $10. No surprise “gotcha” rates at checkout.

We ship to the continental United States only.

Alaska & Hawaii
Because of higher carrier costs, orders to Alaska or Hawaii require a custom quote. Please email us at Foxhollowcompany@gmail.com before you check out, and we’ll get you a shipping estimate.

Processing & Delivery

  • Orders typically process within 1–2 business days.

  • Shipping transit time varies by carrier and destination (usually 3–7 business days once in transit)

Return & Exchange Information

Return Policy

At Fox Hollow Company, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’ll make it right.

How to Start a Return

  • All returns must be pre-approved. Email our support team at foxhollowcompany@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to request your return authorization (RA) number.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must still be attached.

Return Shipping

  • Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service—Fox Hollow isn’t responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (less any return shipping fees).
